The costs for delivery on Royal Mail Tracked 48 services are:

The costs for delivery on Royal Mail Tracked 24 services are:
Individual Packs | £3.99 |

For International Shipping, all orders are sent by tracked mail through Royal Mail International and your local service provider. Due to multiple price variances these costs can be seen at the checkout. If your country does not appear on the list to ship to please contact us and we will do our best to try and sort out shipping to your country.
Once you have confirmation that you order has shipped, all UK deliveries on Royal Mail Tracked 48 should be received within 2-3 business days. If you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 you parcel should be revieced within 1-2 Business Days.
These timelines are barring any courier issues or busier periods (Black Friday, Xmas, etc.) If you do have any issues please contact us.
Once the returned order has been received the purchase will be inspected. If there are no issue with the product a refund will be processed within 14 days of recipt of the returned items. If an exchange is requested this will be processed in the same way. (Please note that the you "the customer" will incure cost of returning the product.)

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase (14 day notice to return item & 14 days to receive item).
Due to the nature of many of the products that we sell once an item is opened we cannot accept any returns of those products. You can return your sealed/unopened product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (less initial Shipping cost & service charges). The only exception to the above is if your product is a pre-order you will receive a full refund (including postage) less the service charge.
You "the customer" is liable for the cost of returning the product.
Yes there is a refund service charge applied to any cancellation or requested returns.
If payment is made via credit/debit card or PayPal at checkout the Service charge is 5% of the overall cost of the order. If your order is via ClearPay/AfterPay or Klarna there will be a service charge of 10% of the overall cost of the order.
These charges covers the fees that we have to pay for accepting the payment and also to refund the payment.
You can return the parcel with any courier you wish!
However we do recommended returning with Royal Mail as this tends to be the quickest service with best results and also avoid sending with Evri, where we have had multiple issues with deliveries.
Please remember that if the parcel is lost, yourself as the sender is liable for the item being returned and any missing parcel(s) will be up to yourself to deal/claim with the courier that you send with.
